Begin to free yourself at once by doing all that is possible with the means you have, and as you proceed in this spirit the way will open for you to do more.
— Georges Clemenceau —
Your Spirit and feelings are some of the most accurate barometers of what is right and wrong in your life. Spirit and Spirituality are separate aspects of ourselves, though they are related. Spirituality bolsters the Spirit, giving a foundation for the rest of your life.
Too often, though, we remove ourselves from feelings, failing to acknowledge the truth that they tell us. Our Spirit is put into an automatic mode, just so we can get things done. Or sometimes, we may go to the opposite side, viewing things with Pollyanish glasses, but not engaging at a real level.
By making a conscious decision to feel, and get in touch with your Spirit, you begin the most important step of Designing Your Great Life. You can get started with the Looking to My Spirit exercises below. They are time marked so you can work them as your schedule allows.
