But even with the vast amount of inventory, finding homes that can be turned over with a profit can be a challenge. We research and analyze homes before going to the auctions investing time, expertise, and research tools worth thousands of dollars. Once we have a successful bid, we refurbish the homes so they are once again liveable. We handle liens, problems with HOAs, and any tenant or previous homeowner problems. When the homes are ready to list, we market them with a combination of MLS listings, Keller Williams listings, signs, emails, websites, text marketing, and qr codes.

 

 

Our Track Record:

In a market where the average real estate agent does seven transactions a year, the initial team of two realtors and a and an auction bidder/construction overseer did over 100 homes in a year and a half. The average time from purchase of a house through sale was 98.16 days. For 2010, an investment of $1,750,000 yielded sales of $4,760,000 with a profit of $293,000. The ROI came to 16.7%. 2. You can put up the money and we will go through the complete process from purchase to sale with the Alspach Team retaining XX% of the profit.
